Introduction

I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported in becoming more yourself. ♡ As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, grief, and the sometimes overwhelming process of figuring life out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on attachment, nervous system regulation, and helping you feel more connected to yourself. I draw from Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic techniques to help you make sense of your experiences, gently work through what feels heavy, and build a stronger relationship with yourself. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to explore, grow, and move at your own pace. Whether you're healing from childhood or complex trauma, navigating big emotions, breaking free from perfectionism, or simply feeling a little disconnected from yourself, you don't have to figure it all out alone. We'll make space for the hard stuff, celebrate the little wins, and work together toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and yours. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions in Rhode Island and accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island, Aetna, and Optum. I'm currently accepting new clients and would love to connect!
