I've always been curious about people, the experiences that shape us, and the ways we learn to navigate the world. As a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker, my work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that people are more than the challenges they face. My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, recognizing how our relationships, upbringing, culture, and lived experiences shape who we are. As a proud Latina, I'm especially passionate about Latinx mental health, intergenerational healing, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. My background spans crisis intervention, behavioral health, and education, including supporting individuals experiencing mental health crises, and working with children and adolescents that have developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs. I value genuine connection, meaningful conversations, and creating room for all the parts of being human, even the messy ones. I don’t believe therapy is about telling you who to be or having all the answers. Instead, I hope we can explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and make sense of what matters most to you.
