I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens and adults through life’s challenges. My approach is direct yet compassionate—I believe in creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and I hold a BS in Psychology as well as an MA Rehabilitation Counseling and Applied Gerontology from Ball State University. Since moving to the Hampton Roads area in 2017, I recognized a significant gap in counseling services, which inspired me to start my own business. My background and experiences drive my passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through effective counseling support. I am dedicated to making a positive impact in my community by providing the services that are so desperately needed.
