Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my practice. I have over 6 years of experience in the Social Work field with 4 years as a clinician. My clinical training included providing trauma therapy with veterans and military-affiliated individuals. I currently provide telehealth-only individual therapy to adults 18+. The negative beliefs we carry have the potential to shape our entire perspective about the world we live in. I often ask my clients: “What might it feel like to replace that negative belief with a positive one—and truly believe it?” Life can throw unexpected challenges that leave us questioning our worth or confidence. Through evidence-based modalities, I work to provide insight and new perspectives, helping you gently challenge and transform those deeply rooted negative beliefs. One of the core values in the Social Work profession includes the importance of human relationships. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship through rapport building and approaching your presenting concerns with curiosity rather than judgement. As evidence tells us, the rapport you build with your therapist is single most important factor when determining success towards treatment goals. I am looking forward to getting to know you better!
