Introduction

If anxiety, constant worries, self-doubt, or intrusive thoughts are interfering with your ability to enjoy your life, I want to help! I have been practicing therapy in Colorado since 2017, and although I have worked with a diverse range of clients I have found my niche working with adults who suffer from anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders. I love helping my clients break free from the grips of anxiety and intrusive thoughts so they can be present in their lives, enjoy the moments that matter with their loved ones, and confidently pursue their goals without that nagging worries and self-doubt. I utilize a combination of CBT, Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) and Existential therapy approaches. Together, we will explore what thought processes and behaviors might be holding you back from living your life to the fullest or achieving your goals. My intention is to empower you to live your most fulfilling life. I know first-hand that anxiety and intrusive worry can be exhausting and miserable. Anxiety and fear steal from us. They steal our happiness, our ability to engage in activities we enjoy, and to be present when it matters most. You don't have to live this way. If you'll have me, I would love to help you reclaim your life and find the happiness you deserve.
