Introduction

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support especially when you’re dealing with anxiety or intrusive thoughts can feel overwhelming. Taking this step shows courage, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, (including intrusive thoughts and “what if” fears), and ADHD. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or mental loops that are hard to break, even when they logically know things don’t make sense. You might find yourself constantly seeking certainty, questioning your thoughts, or feeling like you can’t fully be present and that can be exhausting. In our work together, my goal is to help you build a different relationship with your thoughts rather than trying to “get rid” of them. I use evidence-based approaches like Inference based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, cognitive strategies, and practical tools to help you reduce anxiety, increase flexibility, and feel more in control of your life. I also support clients navigating life transitions, burnout, and challenges with motivation, organization, and follow-through especially when ADHD or anxiety is part of the picture. Above all, I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable while still helping you make meaningful progress. Together, we’ll build skills that allow you to feel more grounded, confident, and able to move forward even when uncertainty is present. A bit about my background: I earned my Master of Science from Adams State University in 2016. I spent over eight years as a school counselor before transitioning into private practice, where I now support teens, adults, and families in my community. I am currently working toward full independent licensure.
