I love working with adults of all ages from 18-80+, as life is full of changes and transitions at any age and stage​. My clients and I work through navigating anxiety, depression, grief & loss, chronic pain, peri- and menopausal symptoms, trauma processing, mood disorders, relationship changes like breakups or establishing boundaries, life changes like job change or loss, parenting challenges, and much more. I love working with college students and young adults, parents, people navigating midlife or late adulthood, veterans or active military members, and active or retired business professionals, Therapy can be a calming and grounding place; I utilize Brainspotting (a cousin of EMDR), which can help you feel “unstuck.” By bringing your attention to the natural phenomenon of brainspots through your eye placement and the corresponding emotions, we can help create space for you process and “move through” your emotions and life experiences. I also provide a more directive approach for couples using the Gottman Method, or premarital counseling for engaged couples through the Prepare/Enrich curriculum. I love working with couples to help them find connection through compassion and curiosity with the ultimate goal of strengthening their friendship and intimacy.
