I work with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief/loss, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, abuse, and human trafficking. I'm committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences, heal at your own pace, and reconnect with your inner strength. When working with clients, I take a warm, collaborative approach to help you feel safe, seen, and supported throughout the therapy process. I draw from Person-Centered Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment theories, and Somatic Informed modalities, to meet you where you are and support your goals. I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. I aim to combine my education, clinical experience, and core values rooted in human connection and personal healing towards my work with clients. I provide in-person & tele-health services.
