I've been working in behavioral health since 2009, and I've learned that anxiety, depression, and trauma often show up in how we relate to ourselves and others. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and groups develop practical skills—managing emotions, tolerating distress, and building mindfulness into daily life. With couples, I focus on understanding the patterns that fuel conflict, helping partners recognize their cycles without blame. My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family/marital therapy approaches. I work with young adults, adults, and elders across the lifespan. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, processing past trauma, or simply looking for steadier emotional footing, I'm here to meet you where you are. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
