Together, we’ll explore how your mind, body, environment, and culture shape your experiences, focusing on what you need to grow and thrive. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from UNCW and am a licensed clinical social worker. Above all, therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and relational. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Neuropsychotherapy, and Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy.
