Seeking therapy is both an admirable and courageous first step in your journey towards wellness as defined by you. Whether you are facing a difficult life transition, wish to manage distressing mental health symptoms, or would like help identifying and breaking free from patterns that are interfering with your personal growth, you deserve an emotionally safe and judgement-free space to explore any and all facets of your life. Each client has unique needs, therefore there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. I take a trauma-informed, person-centered stance to help you uncover your own goals and collaboratively work with you to meet those goals primarily drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment, DBT, and acceptance and commitment (ACT) perspectives. I also offer EMDR (currently being trained by the EMDR Institute of Dr. Francine Shapiro, an approved EMDR training program).
