Warmest welcome! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with individuals and families navigating emotional challenges, relationship stress, and various life transitions. I highly value creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients can feel safe, respected, and understood throughout their healing journey. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminology, and my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. My current work leans towards trauma-informed, motivational, and attachment-based. I draw from a range of approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems (IFS) approaches, and client-centered techniques. My goal is to help clients and families slow down, strengthen their communication, and better understand past or current destructive patterns that may impact their present emotional well-being. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you through life’s challenges!
