Introduction

*I will have availability for new clients at the start of August, 2026.* License status: LMHCA (Pending) I work with teens (13+) and adults, and I love working with gender-diverse populations (or anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community). I frequently work with neurodivergent people (ADHD, Autism, and Audhd), high-achievers, and people who experience perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and/or people-pleasing. Complex trauma and dissociation are also focal areas of my practice. If you don't find yourself fitting into any of these categories, I would love to learn more about you! All parts of you are welcome. I offer a no-fee 20–30 minute phone call for us to get to know each other. This is a space for you to ask any questions you might have about me, how I work, my training, etc. I'll also ask a few questions about what has brought you to therapy and other things to help me get a sense of whether I can be of support to you. I invite you to schedule a phone call via the online scheduler on this site, my email (audrey@audreymeadowcroft.com), or text/call my phone number (206) 486-6538. I will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday. I look forward to meeting you!
