Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, life challenges, trauma, stress, or life transitions begin to affect your daily life. If you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I provide a warm, collaborative environment where you can be your authentic self. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and effective; helping you gain insight while also equipping you with strategies you can use outside of our sessions. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to help you gain clarity, develop healthier coping skills, and move forward with confidence. I work with teens (12+) and adults, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals while utilizing an eclectic approach. Finding the right therapist is an important decision, and I strive to make that process feel comfortable from the very beginning. When you're ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment by clicking "Request Appointment". I offer convenient virtual and in-person appointments Monday through Friday from 9 AM-6 PM. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out by calling me at 918-417-2073, or for scheduling-related questions, you may call Anchor Ridge Counseling at 918-288-0027. Healing, growth, and relief are possible, and the path forward starts with one decision: yours. Change is possible, and you don’t have to face it alone.
