I think there’s one thing on which we can most all agree: life is tricky sometimes. Whether you’re an adult managing family and career or a kiddo managing social and academic pressures, things just feel hard at times. When the hard times begin to outweigh the times where you feel calm and confident, you deserve to find a way back to a more balanced life. It can feel overwhelming trying to find the best help for yourself or your family. We’ll collaborate together to understand what you think would be the best fit. I work individually with ages 7 and older as well as Parent Consultation for any age. I work frequently with anxiety & depressive disorders, OCD, ARFID, FTL, ADHD, ASD, school refusal, behavioral difficulties, trauma, or family discord.
