About Me Hey there! My name is Audriana, Audrie for short, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who graduated from University of Houston in 2021 with a Master's in Social Work. I have 5 years of experience as a therapist in a group private practice, outpatient programs and inpatient hospitalization providing therapy for adults, children, and teens. I have experience working with mood disorders, trauma, identity work and substance-use. Currently, I enjoy working with clients who are in a period of transition, want to work on identity, gender/sexuality issues, navigating difficult emotions, and complex relationships/family issues. My Approach to Therapy I aim to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can collaboratively navigate your unique experiences. Clients have expressed a stronger sense of themselves, a clearer path they want to be on in life, growth that they are proud of and shows in all areas of life, decreased symptoms, healthy coping strategies, and a new perspective on life and others. They’ve also shared that I have a very warm and calming aura/vibe and that they have felt safe enough to open up a lot more about deeper issues. There is no one-size-fits-all when collaborating with me as I meet you where you're at, sometimes even using unconventional practices of therapy such as gaming, walking/talking, and creativity. What to Expect During Our First Session We will begin our journey with an intro session where you will be able to share your experiences being a human being and all the odds and ends that come with it. We'll discuss what goals you want to grow towards and how we can achieve them, together! One important aspect of my personal journey is authenticity in showing up for others. I believe in creating a safe and empathetic space for my clients to explore their concerns.
