I believe every person already holds the key to the answers they're seeking—my role is to help you find it. As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I work with children (9+), teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating everything from anxiety and trauma to autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, and life transitions. I'm drawn to creative, collaborative approaches: art therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) help clients access their own wisdom and resilience. I also incorporate strength-based and person-centered practices because I've seen how powerful it is when people recognize their own capacity for growth. My therapy dog in training, Gruffy will join in on our sessions, adding warmth to our work together. Whether you're working through burnout, relationship challenges, developmental concerns, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you discover the tools that work best for you. I offer individual, family, and group sessions via telehealth or in-person, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
