I specialize in working with adults with ADHD and those dealing with trauma, anxiety depression, and chronic overwhelm. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-based, integrating insight with body awareness to help you process emotions, reduce reactivity and/or shutdown, and create meaningful, lasting change. I draw from various methods across orientations to best suit your unique needs, including EMDR, ACT, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches. Above all, I'm committed to creating a relationship where you feel heard and understood, not assessed and "fixed." I look forward to getting to know you.
