Introduction

I work primarily with adolescents and young adults ages 12–25 who are navigating anxiety, trauma, sensory differences, identity development, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of the clients I support feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who they truly are. These struggles often show up as emotional dysregulation, sensory overload, conflict at home or school, difficulty communicating needs, or disengagement from medical or behavioral health care. While this age range is my focus, I’m always open to exploring fit with clients outside of it.
