With over ten years of experience in the social work field, I have grown my ability to provide authentic and genuine care. Deeply believing that we are all capable of creating the life we are worthy and deserving of, regardless of our past or ongoing symptoms that don't seem to let up. Specializing in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Interpersonal Neurobiology allows me to add to my foundation in common talk therapies, which creates a well-rounded mind/body approach to improving one's mental health by aiming to decrease physical symptoms that often get overlooked; as well as, repairing our nervous systems and attachment wounds.
