Introduction

Hello! My approach as a therapist is to build an authentic and trusting relationship with each client through a safe and confidential environment. I am very passionate about working with clients to identify and achieve their goals with a tailored approach that is most helpful to fostering growth. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship that meets the client where they are at, honoring their values and lived experiences without any judgment while cultivating opportunities for secure and meaningful connections throughout the process. I am committed to helping clients identify their strengths and supporting them through life’s challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, loss, anger management and relationships. My therapeutic approach is a mix of Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered and Solutions-Focused therapy. It would be an honor to join you in helping you meet your goals, provide relief for your symptoms and develop sustainable change.
