Introduction

Hi, I'm Austin. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing counseling services to teens and adults all throughout Washington state. I’ve been practicing in the mental health field in a variety of capacities for the past 8 years. I started Anchor Point Mental Health to support people with navigating all the stuff life throws at us. Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own, my goal is to help you slow down, make sense of what's going on, and explore new ways of moving forward. My approach is grounded in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and ACT, but more importantly, I focus on creating conversations that feel genuine, collaborative, and useful. Together, we'll look at what's getting in the way, connect with what's important to you, and find practical steps that fit your life and values. If you're looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on helping you make sense of things without judgment, I'd be happy to connect.
