Many therapy approaches start with what's wrong. What if we could build from what's already working? My goal isn't just to get you back to "okay" or "symptom-free" but to see you flourishing. Our work together is informed by positive psychology, my research area. For individuals, I primarily use Socratic questioning, CBT, and mindfulness to help you gain the clarity and self-understanding needed for healthier relationships with yourself and others, as well as EMDR for trauma. For couples, Structural Family Therapy and the Gottman Method help us break negative patterns and build skillful communication that holds up even under stress. I offer a safe, compassionate space for whatever you're carrying, making room for what's hard as you move toward genuine acceptance and well-being. My approach is evidence-based and integrative; my tools and knowledge are adapted to your needs and preferences rather than a common approach for everyone. This work is one of my greatest joys - seeing clients face what's holding them back and come out the other side more themselves. What would flourishing look like for you? I'd love to help you find out. Reach out today by email or phone to get started.
