Hi, I’m Autumn. I became a therapist because I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and safe enough to make sense of their experiences. Over the years, I noticed that many clients came to therapy feeling confused about their reactions—or frustrated that past therapy didn’t quite help. That shaped the way I practice today. My work is grounded in understanding how the brain, nervous system, and relationships interact. I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families using trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate approaches that help therapy feel clear, supportive, and meaningful. I integrate modalities such as play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR, family systems work, and nervous-system regulation tools, adapting therapy to meet each client where they are. I have extensive experience supporting families through trauma, emotional regulation challenges, relationship stress, and major life transitions, including work in residential treatment settings with complex and high-acuity cases. That background allows me to bring both compassion and practical guidance into the therapy room. My goal is not to “fix” you—but to help you understand what your brain and body have learned, build safety, and develop tools that create real, lasting change. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced intentionally, and focused on empowerment, direction, and reconnection.
