I work with adults exploring identity, navigating life after high school, college or career decisions, and other major life transitions. I also support parents and caregivers of individuals with disabilities as they navigate the unique challenges of caregiving. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based approaches, and Brainspotting to help clients build on their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.
