Introduction

Hello! My name is Autumn, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and the stress of life transitions. These challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating to face alone. Many clients seek therapy not only for symptom relief, but also to better understand longstanding patterns, emotional responses, and the ways past experiences continue to influence their present lives. Together we will explore beneath the surface issues, how earlier experiences shaped your coping patterns, how those patterns developed as adaptive responses, and how they may no longer be serving you. From there, we will gently untangle and reshape these patterns. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and the stress of life transitions. I take a holistic, person-centered approach that looks beyond symptoms to address the root of your struggles and deeper patterns shaping your life. I use evidence based modalities including EMDR, CBT, somatic interventions, and attachment-based work, always with a focus on the therapeutic relationship as a space for safety, connection, and healing. Healing begins with a safe, trusting connection, and the relationship between therapist and client is central to the therapeutic process. Finding the right fit for your journey really matters. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, talk through any questions you have, and explore whether working together feels aligned with what you need.
