As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I provide therapeutic services to teens and adults navigating a range of emotional and mental health challenges. My work focuses on helping individuals cope with adjustment disorders, abandonment issues, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I utilize a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, integrating cognitive reframing techniques to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier, more adaptive perspectives. I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and collaborative environment where clients feel supported in their healing process. My goal is to empower individuals to gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change.
