Autumn Brown earned Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Campbellsville University in 2024 and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Lindsey Wilson University in 2025. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) with experience in a community mental health setting and private practice, serving children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical experience includes supporting children with PTSD, MDD, and disruptive behaviors and adults navigating generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), PTSD, anger management, and trauma-related concerns. Autumn approaches counseling from a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective, using TF-CBT, play therapy techniques, mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions. She believes each client is unique and values providing a safe, supportive space for sharing their story.
