With over eight years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful, lasting change. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as an instructor at Pepperdine University, where I teach future mental health professionals, and I provide clinical supervision to associate therapists as they develop their skills and professional identity. I'm also a Family Specialist with Homeward Bound wrap around services. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with a focus on creating a space where clients feel seen, empowered, and supported. I have a passion for working with Women navigating ADHD in adulthood and Neurodivergent individuals.
