Introduction

I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges, and I also support parents and caregivers with guidance to strengthen family connection. Using trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR, Synergetic Play Therapy, somatic work, and animal-assisted therapy, I help clients build emotional skills, safety, and resilience.
