Introduction

I work primarily with teen boys and men who feel stuck in addiction, unhealthy patterns, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Many of the men I work with know something needs to change but may not connect with a traditional approach to counseling or support. My style is practical, direct, and relationship focused. Together, we can work on substance use and recovery, relapse prevention, compulsive behaviors, emotional regulation, accountability, executive functioning, life skills, relationships, and developing greater structure, confidence, and purpose. My background includes specialized training in addiction and recovery, intervention work, behavioral health, and years of experience working with individuals and families across the treatment and recovery continuum. My work is also informed by lived experience in long term recovery, which allows me to understand many of these challenges from both a professional and personal perspective. Whether you are trying to get sober, stay sober, regain control of your life, repair relationships, become more independent, or simply figure out what comes next, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you build a realistic path forward.
