Introduction

Struggling with constant overthinking, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts? I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space to help you manage stress, calm your mind, and develop practical coping tools for everyday life. Together, we’ll work to break free from unhelpful thought patterns, reduce anxiety, and build a more balanced, fulfilling life. I specialize in working with women, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, overthinking, chronic illness, or major life transitions. My approach combines compassionate support with evidence-based strategies to help you feel more in control, confident, and connected to what truly matters. My approach is relational and grounded in curiosity and care. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion to help clients become clear about what matters most. I often work with people who are learning to advocate for themselves, untangle from old belief systems, or simply trying to move forward with more ease. My counseling background includes facilitating an intensive outpatient group for anxiety and OCD, and providing free therapy to Kansas residents through the University of Kansas Positive Psychology clinic.
