My clients are often thoughtful people who feel seen but not truly known - by others or themselves. Many are creatives, writers, performers or individuals in non-traditional partnerships who experience perfectionism, self-monitoring, "good girlism", or a split between public and private selves. As a former tv writer, I get how stories can help or harm. Stories shape our realities, not the other way around. My approach is caring and non-pathologizing, with the basic belief that you're the expert of your own life. I support you knowing deeply what you most want and why. Therapy with me is less about fixing and more about opening up space for clarity, agency, and rich, full, values-aligned living. I'm especially interested in supporting deeper intimacy without the pressure to perform. I also work with queer, nonbinary, and trans/cis couples seeking therapy that doesn't impose a template, but honors the complexity of identity, desire, and connection. If something here resonates or feels familiar, I invite you to reach out and see if we're a fit.
