Introduction

Welcome! I’m Ayesha Savant, Founder of Thrive & Heal Therapy PLLC. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring experience from a range of settings, including foster care, psychiatric hospitals, and eating disorder treatment centers. These experiences have shaped my commitment to supporting adults as they navigate trauma, mood disorders, disordered eating, and the emotional impact of life stressors and caregiving. I’m glad you’re here. Taking the step to begin therapy is not always easy, especially when you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. You don’t have to carry that alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to begin making sense of what you’re going through. At Thrive & Heal Therapy PLLC, my goal is to provide more than therapy. I aim to create a collaborative and supportive space where you feel heard and respected as we work through life’s challenges together. I specialize in helping individuals process trauma, PTSD, depression, and eating concerns, while also supporting those navigating burnout, grief, and caregiver stress. I offer virtual therapy to clients in Texas, Ohio, and Arizona. Therapy is a process of slowing down, exploring your thoughts and emotions, and beginning to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. While this work can feel challenging at times, it is also deeply meaningful and empowering. Together, we work toward healing, greater self-awareness, and a more grounded, fulfilling way of living.
