I believe our struggles and setbacks don't define us—they're often where resilience begins. As a Certified Counselor in Washington State, I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's unexpected disruptions. My practice is grounded in deep compassion, cultural humility, and genuine curiosity about each person's unique story. I'm pursuing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University and work under clinical supervision. As a state-certified hypnotherapist, I'm drawn to exploring the subconscious mind and the patterns that shape our responses. My background as a professional artist and published author informs how I see each person's capacity for renewal and authentic self-discovery. Together, we'll explore what's holding you back, cultivate self-compassion, and develop practical tools rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral approaches, and family/marital work. I offer both in-person sessions in Arlington and secure telehealth across Washington State. I'm currently accepting new clients. You don't have to carry these burdens alone.
