Introduction

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. I became a counselor because I believe deeply in the strength of connection, support, and personal growth. Over the years, I’ve focused on helping people communicate more clearly, build healthier relationships, and feel more at home with themselves. Think of therapy as a place to catch your breath. You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly where to start. We’ll look at what’s going on in your world, what you’re hoping for, and what feels challenging right now. My job is to walk alongside you, offering encouragement, understanding, and tools that truly fit who you are. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. If you’re looking for a warm and supportive space to grow, heal, and discover more of your authentic self, I’d be honored to be part of that journey with you.
