Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or navigating a season of change. You may find yourself overthinking, questioning your decisions, struggling with boundaries, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe your experiences, needs, and goals are unique to you, and our work should reflect that. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what you’re experiencing, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and develop tools to move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Together, we may explore how past experiences influence your present while focusing on what you need now. Our work may include strengthening coping skills, establishing healthy boundaries, improving relationships, increasing self-awareness, and navigating stress and life transitions. I especially enjoy working with women who are ready to better understand themselves and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Whether you’re healing from difficult experiences, navigating relationships, learning to set boundaries, or reconnecting with who you are, I’ll meet you where you are and support you toward meaningful change.
