I specialize in navigating life transitions of all kinds - identities, relationships, career. If you are seeking clarity or feeling stuck in the current chapter of your life, I am here to help! I work with adults in individual, couple, and family therapy settings. As a first-gen immigrant of color, I strive to provide a therapeutic space that is socially just, culturally humble, and client-centered. In couples/family space, I offer a warm and non-judgmental space for clients to listen and be heard - disagreements often lead to opportunities to connect more deeply.
