Introduction

I am a trauma and grief therapist that helps individuals with developmental trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, difficult relationships, family conflict, estrangement, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in painful patterns, struggling with emotional overwhelm, or carrying the impact of experiences that continue to impact their lives. I provide a supportive and compassionate space where you can explore your story, gain insight into recurring challenges, and begin healing in a way that feels safe and meaningful. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and grief therapy. My approach integrates attachment-based, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-oriented therapies to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen self-awareness, regulate emotions, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Clients often describe me as empowering, validating, and empathic. I believe healing occurs within a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you are coping with grief, healing from trauma, or navigating relationship and family challenges, I am committed to helping you move towards clarity and connection.
