Introduction

I'm a child and teen therapist in Enid, Oklahoma, with Wren & Clover, the child therapy wing of Ala Therapy Collective. I work with kids ages 4 to 17, in person and online. Little ones still learning what a feeling even is. Kids who are stressed about school, worried all the time, or having a hard time with friends. Kids in the middle of a big change at home. Teens trying to figure out who they are and what comes next. I was raised by my grandma for part of my life, and I was the first in my family to go to college. I know what it's like to feel different from the other kids and to figure things out without the support you wish you had. That's a big part of why I do this work. I'm easy to talk to and pretty down to earth. Therapy with me doesn't feel overly clinical, and nobody has to talk like a therapist in my office. We start wherever your kid is, even if that's nowhere near talking about feelings yet. I want kids to leave knowing their feelings matter and that they can work through hard things.
