She moved to Alaska in October 2018, fell in love, and is proud of her life here. She has been a counselor, advocate, and educator, working with teens, adults, couples, and families in a nonprofit rape crisis center, school-based mental health program, foster care, tribal and community mental health organizations, and group private practice.
