Introduction

You may be navigating a major life transition, questioning parts of your identity, struggling with body image, or feeling caught in intense emotions and relationship patterns that are difficult to change. At Leek Therapy, I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults, with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ clients and people experiencing concerns related to Borderline Personality Disorder, self-esteem, attachment, trauma, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, grief, and relationships. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that therapy should be tailored to the person—not the other way around. I draw from DBT, ACT, CBT, Internal Family Systems and parts work, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and somatic approaches. Depending on what you need, our work may involve practical coping and emotional-regulation skills, deeper exploration of past experiences, or both. I aim to create an affirming and nonjudgmental space where you can be honest, explore what may be getting in your way, and build the confidence and skills needed to move through life more intentionally. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and you do not need to arrive with the right words or all the answers. We can figure out the process together. I offer secure telehealth through Leek Therapy to clients across Massachusetts and am currently accepting new clients, including evening and weekend appointments.
