Hello! I work with teens and adults who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, disconnected from themselves, or trying to make sense of difficult life experiences. Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, grief, childhood wounds, self-esteem challenges, or feeling lost in this stage of life, you don’t have to go through it alone. My approach is relational, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we can explore patterns and beliefs that may no longer be serving you while creating space for healing, self-understanding, and authenticity. I believe our experiences and relationships shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world, and together we can explore the patterns and beliefs that may no longer be serving you. I draw from attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, CBT, and ACT to support both deeper healing and practical coping skills. Above all, I aim to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and fully yourself.
