I know starting therapy- and finding a therapist you actually click with- can feel awkward. I try to make the process as comfortable and human as possible. I'm warm, conversational, and genuinely curious about the people I work with. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, school issues, or life transitions, I'm here to meet you with empathy while gently challenging you to notice patterns that might be keeping you stuck. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages—from toddlers through adults—using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, family and marital therapy, play therapy, narrative approaches, and Christian counseling (upon request). My hope is that our sessions feel like a safe, honest space where you can show up as yourself, feel understood, and do meaningful work toward the relationships and life you want. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and accept Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. I'm currently accepting new clients in the state of Arizona.
