My approach is collaborative and flexible — blending cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), and other trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based methods to meet you where you are. I believe counseling should be a space where you can bring your full self, without judgment, and discover new ways to heal and thrive. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. What matters most to me is building a genuine connection so you feel safe to share your story and confident in the steps we take together. Outside of counseling, I value creativity, connection, and balance — qualities that shape how I show up in session with you.
