Introduction

Bailey is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PPC) in the state of Wyoming. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2024. With over six years of experience in the mental health field, Bailey has worked in a variety of settings, including crisis intervention, community mental health, and support for underrepresented adolescents, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on care. Bailey is passionate about the power of therapeutic work through a narrative lens. Her approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, disability-aligned, and queer-allied. She integrates a range of evidence-based modalities into her work, highlighting Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Bailey is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a Level 2 EMDRIA-approved therapist. She is also trained and licensed in AcuRecovery, an ear acupuncture technique to support stress reduction. She specializes in working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges. Bailey offers services to individuals, couples, and often offers therapeutic groups. She commonly works with adolescents and adults across the lifespan. Sessions are available both in-person and via telehealth.
