Hi, I'm Bailley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Peace and Serenity Counseling. I believe therapy is, at its core, about being human together. Life can feel overwhelming, and you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, exhale, and feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and nervous system-informed interventions to help clients better understand not only their thoughts and emotions, but how their experiences live in the body as well. Whether you're feeling stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety, or simply trying to better understand yourself, therapy can help you build insight, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in navigating life's challenges, and empowered to create lasting, meaningful change.
