Introduction

Hello, I'm **Baliegh Butler**, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, Certified Death Doula, and Level III Reiki Master. I founded Balance & Bliss Therapy because I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space to feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. I specialize in helping adults and couples navigate relationship and intimacy concerns, sexual health, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I also have a passion for supporting individuals facing cancer-related changes and those planning for or coping with end-of-life experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs, blending evidence-based therapy with a holistic understanding of emotional wellness. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from your partner, struggling with intimacy, processing loss, or simply looking to better understand yourself, my goal is to help you gain practical tools, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. Therapy is not about having all the answers, it's about having a place where you can explore challenges without judgment and discover new ways to heal, grow, and reconnect with what matters most. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you don't have to do it alone. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and helping you create lasting, meaningful change.
