Introduction

I love being a therapist. I especially love those moments when someone begins to see themselves differently—when something they've blamed themselves for their whole life finally makes sense. When they realize they don't have to keep everyone happy. When they begin trusting themselves in situations that used to send them spiraling. Maybe you manage life well on the outside but privately struggle with anxiety, guilt, or self-doubt. You overthink, have trouble saying no, or find yourself in relationships where your needs come last. You've tried to change these patterns, but somehow keep ending up in the same place. I'm a trauma therapist, and I love helping people discover how their earlier experiences shaped the way they feel and respond today. But understanding is only part of the work. I use EMDR and relational therapy to help you actually feel different. I'm warm, curious, engaged, and willing to ask the questions that help us get somewhere. Expect real conversations, honest observations, some laughter, and a therapist who's genuinely invested in your growth. I offer virtual therapy throughout Michigan and Ohio. I'd love to hear your story.
