Introduction

Hi. I realized I wanted to become a therapist during a period of illness when a therapist made a tremendous difference in my life. Now, I have many years of experience as a therapist and have a passion for work with survivors of trauma, depression and anxiety. I have over 15 years of experience working with combat vets, and I work with couples, or individuals. Others I work with are those with relationship issues or going through a life transition. I have a warm, respectful and inquisitive style that most persons find comfortable. I believe using humor in therapy can also be healing. I strive to make you comfortable in the therapy space so that together we can meet your therapy goals you have set for yourself.
